She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Leonard and Dessa Leonard; her husband Richard Wagner Sr.; and her sister Lois Forshey. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wagner Jr. and Dessa Hebert (Bob); her grandchildren, Camden and Maxwell; and her siblings, Voris Leonard and Betty Marks (Lowell). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
