He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Downhour and Genevieve "Jean" Knepper-Kilbarger; his brother Doug Downhour; his son Richard Pennington Conrad Downhour II; and his brother-in-law Michael Huber.
He is survived by: his son Joel Downhour; and his siblings, Don Downhour (Linda), Sharon Ogg (Don), Jerry Downhour, Linda Huber and Rose McCoy (Don). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
