He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Johnson; his parents, Harry Johnson and Pauline Johnson (Kessler); and his siblings, Bill, Jim, Bob Johnson and Carolyn Finck.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher David Johnson (Bryn) of Columbus and Holly Carpenter (Jerry) of Lancaster; his granddaughter Rebecca Johnson of Columbus; his stepchildren, Ronald McComas, Jr. (Mary) of Galion and Shannon Eagle (Todd) of Galion; his siblings, Larry Johnson (Fran) of Rushville, Mary, Bettyâ, Huston of Lancaster and Loretta Levan (Joe) of Junction City; and his brother-in-law Dan Finck of Junction City. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
