He was predeceased by: his father Paul E. Phelps; and his mother-in-law Mary Knight. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Stacey Gabriel of Paul, Rachel Andrews (Kevin), Alissa Conrad (Aaron) and Brittany Boyden (Dennis Langwell); his grandchildren, Madison, Mollie Gabriel, Kline Lehman, Piper Phelps, Jacob, Benjamin, Kathryn Andrews, Natalie, Hayden, Cali Conrad and Freya Langwell; his sisters, Paula Burke (Bill), Vicki Lott (Jake), Gayla Boggs (Danny) and Lori Jones; his father-in-law Keith Knight; and his siblings-in-law, Kristy Gilbert (Bill) and Terry Knight. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
