He is survived by: his wife Michelle Garlinger (Moyer); his children, Tony Garlinger (Dianne) and Elisa Dowdy; his stepchildren, Joel Hoover (Megan) and Erin Rienschield (Kelly); his grandchildren, Sarah Garlinger and Sam Garlinger; his stepgrandchildren, Joel David Hoover, Cassidy Frey, Mason Newell, Chance Newell, Jackson Rienschield (Erin), Matt Clouston (Taylor) and Zach Clouston; his great grandchild T. J. Clouston; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Moyer, Chris Moyer, Jon Moyer (Joyce), Tad Moyer (Kara), Marc Moyer and Betsy Alt (Dan).
