He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Duncan and Marie Duncan (Stifle); his wife Lois; and his grandson Dana Christopher Jones. He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Simpson of Lewiston, ME; his grandchildren, Andrew Jones (Lisa) of Lewiston, ME and Melissa Demers (Moe); his sister Karen McFadden of Findlay, OH; and his sibling's children, Deborah Aaron (Dana) of Wayland, MA, Kathy Wefler of Findlay, OH, Kristie Billmaier of Findlay, OH and Todd McFadden (Phil) of Findlay, OH.
He was a daily fixture at the bar, drinking black coffee and working crosswords until COVID hit and his health began to deteriorate.
Although Parkinson's disease robbed him of his voice and hearty laugh, he retained his intelligence and his signature grin.
