He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Strawn and Carrie Strawn (Unger); his children, Chris Strawn and Cynthia Jo; his in-laws, Jonathan and Wanda Burgoon; his grandchildren, Myranda Kay Schorr and Austin Michael Crist; his daughter-in-law Debbie Strawn; his siblings, Florance Tipple (Edward), Lester Strawn (Edna), Martin Strawn (Bonnie) and Vannie Hull; his siblings-in-law, Vonda Strawn, Donna Sinift and Phillip Ruff; and his nephews, Doug, Jeff Strawn and Todd Ruff.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kay Strawn; his children, Leo Strawn, Jr. (Leah), Tracy Lamb (John), Kimberly Hamilton, Jennifer Alspaugh, Teresa Strawn and Travis "TJ" Strawn (Mandy); his siblings, Sam Strawn (Mary Jo) and Alta Darlene Ruff; his daughter-in-law Lea Strawn; and his siblings-in-law, Virgil Hull, Larry Sinift, Linda and Jonni Burgoon. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
