He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell and Ethel Bell (Purvis); his former wives, Shirley Bell and Dian Bell; his son-in-law Ron Koch; and his great grandchild Melody George.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bell; his daughters, Pamela Koch and Cindy Warner; his grandchildren, Jessica Cox (Adam), Brittnee George (Matt) and Brandon Warner (Sam Mace); his great grandchildren, Devon Pugh and Maddelyn George; and his siblings, Robert Bell (Bonnie) and Donna Miller. He is also survived by four step-children.
