He was predeceased by: his father Ernest E. Fletcher; his children, Jeff Fletcher and Elizabeth Robbins; his grandson Ryan Fletcher; and his brother Larry Fletcher.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Fletcher (Boring); his children, Julie McGill (George) and Mike Fletcher (Amy); and his grandchildren, Rick Robbins (Tanya), Jeff Robbins (Melissa), Danielle Ety, Krista Broyles (Sam), Morgan Bucci (Henry), Tyler Fletcher (Jordan) and Sydney Fletcher. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
