We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Lydia Anna Hammond (Lancaster, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ted German, Dan German, Paul German and Ruth Milan; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley German and Andy Milan.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Hammond (Chelle), John Hammond and Rebecca Bush (Greg); her grandsons, Andrew Bush, Timothy Bush (Ashley), Andrew Hammond and Matthew Hammond; her sisters-in-law, June German and Carol Foor; and her close friend Florence Owens. She is also survived by family, countless teachers, friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (1400 Concordia Dr, Lancaster, OH 43130).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Lydia's honor to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1400 Concordia Drive, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
