She is survived by: her spouse Dale Starr; her children, Kevin Starr (Kim), Karen Ward (Keith) and Karla Young; her grandchildren, Kayla Randolph (Peyton), Kameron Starr (Mariah), Colten Schooley (Kayty), Sydney Ward, Carson Ward (Haley), Bryce Young and Avery Young; her great grandchildren, Annabelle Starr, Dean Starr, Lyla Starr, Van Randolph, Eleanor Randolph, Brady Schooley, Baker Schooley and Burrow Schooley; and her siblings, Larry Garrett and Treva Tilton.
