She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Folk and Wilma Folk. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hillberry (Thom), Bart Adcock (Brenda) and Brett Adcock (Chris); her grandchildren, Joshua Hillberry (Shauna), Jon Hillberry (Catherine), Katy Fogarty (Pat) and Hannah Adcock; and her great grandchild Everly Fogarty.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home (436 N Broad St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield Christian Church (1965 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Grandview Cemetery (9540 Lancaster New Lexington Rd SE, Bremen, OH 43107).
In lieu of flowers, Madonna's family requests that any memorial contributions be made in her name to Fairfield Christian Church or FairHope Hospice.
