She is survived by: her children, Thomas Blevins of Beavercreek, Donna K. Mullings of Reynoldsburg and Karen M. Blevins of Los Angeles, California; and her grandchildren, David Mullings (Katie), Autumn Blevins, Abigail Blevins and Lillian Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
