He was predeceased by: his father William "Tom" Woltz; his stepmother Linda Woltz; and his mother Saundra Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Kim Woltz; his children, Jasmine Spangler, Matt Spangler and Tyler Willis (Tiffany); and his siblings, Kelly Hinkle (Sam), Jonathan Voits, Teresa Blake (Rich), Steve Davis (Laura) and Kirk Davis (Lori). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
