He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Dwayne Downs Jr.; and his stepfather Ray Dunn. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca M. Downs Dunn (Derr) of Ocala, FL; his wife Rachel Downs (Del Pilar); his daughters, Stacie Hannay (Dustin) of Plain City, OH, Terra Downs-Grable (Bryan), Michelle Del Pilar and Hazel Clendenin (Ryan) of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Kolten, Alithyia, Peytience, Dwayne, Gavin and Trevor; his siblings, Debbie Collins, Cheryl Lynn Garner, Steve Dunn, Shane Dunn, Rietta Johnson and Colleene Dunn; and his nephew Jamie Pearce (Candice).
