With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Waters-Linton of Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lescalleet and Eva Belle Lescalleet (Price); the father of her children Vernon Waters Sr.; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her husband Charles Linton (Chuck); her children, Vernon "Lee" Waters Jr. of Carroll and Kimberly Grimmett (Ken) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Leslie Koller (Jon) of Charleston, SC, Lauren Campbell of Creve Coeur, MO, Jacob Grimmett (Natasha) of London, England, Joshua Grimmett (Liana) of Thurston and Joseph Grimmett (Bailee) of Lancaster; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Matthew Campbell, Lucia and Avery Grimmett.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Tree Church (721 N Memorial Dr, Lancaster, OH 43130).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairhope Hospice who were an immense blessing during this time.
