He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tipple and Ruth Tipple (Hyme); his siblings, Gilbert, Robert and Nancy Gifford; and his grandson Jacob Moses.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Tipple (Wing); his children, Mike Tipple (Brandi), Melissa Moses (Thomas) and Molly Savage (David); his grandchildren, Bethany Tipple, Tylor Tipple, Abe Moses, Makaila Moses, Kaylee Savage, Madelyn Savage, Bobby Savage, Eli Shell and Cali Shell; his great grandchildren, Kayson and Cecilia; and his sisters, Joyce Alhaus and Janet Harris (Freddie).
