She is survived by: her parents, Mitch Meadows and Pam Meadows; her husband Jason Claypool; her daughters, Ashley Hopper (Tyler) and Carley Claypool; her brother Michael Meadows (Tasha); her nieces, Casey and Erin Meadows; her mother-in-law Linda Claypool; her grandmother Phyllis Milliser; her pet Max; and her grandchildren, Ollie, Hank and Opie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
