She was predeceased by: her parent Leva Elisabeth Quillen; her husband Frederick Quillen; and her son George Frederick Quillen. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Smith of Lancaster, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Tammy Grub, Charles Frederick Smith, Leisa Lynn Marcum and Wendy Dee Trace. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
