She was predeceased by: her mother Charline Chaney (Noblin); and her sister Pamela Chaney Cheuvrount. She is survived by: her father John Chaney of Vienna, WV; her husband Robert Owens of Lancaster, OH; and her brother John Chaney of Davisville, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
