With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A Gualtieri of Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rita Linehan Vaughn (Buck) and Matthew C. Linehan; and her brother David Linehan. She is survived by : her husband Thomas A. Gualtieri; her brother Matthew Ronald Linehan; her niece Paula Phillips (Mike); and her nephew Matthew Linehan.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fairfield Area Humane Society in Pat's memory.
