We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2022, at the age of 80, Phyllis Warfield of Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Fleming; and her siblings, Leonard Fleming, John Fleming and Mary Wentz. She is survived by: her husband Tom Warfield; her son Christopher Warfield (Bonni); her granddaughter Emily Bowden (Kevin); and her sisters, Faye Carpenter (Jim) and Bonnie Jo Kisner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
