He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Beaulieu and Sadie Louise Beaulieu (LeClair); his son Michael Beaulieu; his grandson Zachary Beaulieu; and his sisters, June Roy (Bob), Gerene Webber and Theresa Gagnon.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Beaulieu (Johnson); his children, Christopher Beaulieu (Jean Newland) of Maumee, Craig Beaulieu (Vicky Toops) of London, Ohio and Renee Bartholomew (Jim) of Logan, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Allison (Kyle), Carlowitz, Kevin Beaulieu, Joseph Beaulieu, Haley Beaulieu, Tori Beaulieu, Jacob Beaulieu, John Bartholomew (Meredith), Mark Bartholomew (Ali) and Matt Bartholomew. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
