He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chester Carpenter and Pauline Ruth Carpenter (Ballard); his siblings, Waneta Burt, Alberta Winner (Sheldon) and Fred Carpenter (Lucille); his nephew Mark Winner; and his nieces, Jennifer Brookover and Robin Caudy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
