He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. and Mary E. Houk (Rutledge); and his sister Vickie Geisey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Houk (Rizer); and his stepdaughter Emily Noice. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, a sister, and several nieces and nephews.
