He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Bash and Hazel Bash (Osborne); his former wife Glenna Prouty Bash; his daughter Beth Ann Bowman; and his brothers-in-law, Leon Chechowich and Jack Sarbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Banfield-Bash; his sons, David Bash (Terry) of Carroll and Eric Bash of Newark; his son-in-law Tom Bowman of Findlay; his grandchildren, Traci Amelung (Wade) of Powell and Ryan Bash (Crissy) of Chillicothe; his great grandchildren, Brock Amelung, Alison Amelung, Cameron Bash, Cailynn Bash and Cooper Bash; and his sisters, Mary Ann Chechowich and Faye Sarbaugh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
