Robert John Snider Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert John Snider (Lancaster, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Snider and Blanche Snider; his wife Donna Jeanne Snider (Estep); his daughter Susan Bauer; his sisters, Jean Lehman (Noel) and Patricia Green (Robert); his parents-in-law, Claude and Alka Estep; and his brother-in-law Claude Estep Jr. (Juanita).
He is survived by: his son John Snider (Jane); and his grandchildren, Joe Snider (Ashley), Jenna Byrnes (Michael), Amy McIntire (Tim) and Jennie Pyle (Adam). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home (436 N Broad St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either: Hospice of Central Ohio (1585 E Main St Lancaster, OH 43130) or Pleasantville Methodist Church (PO Box 5847 Pleasantville, OH 43148) in memory of Bob.
