He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Dale Zickefoose and Earlene Sue Barber (Johnston); his sisters, Debbie Watson and Lorilynn Enderle; and his son Christopher Robert Zickefoose.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Zickefoose; his daughters, Amy Lynn Appel and Savanna Abram; his stepchildren, Darian Rowles and Jon Bresler; and his grandchildren, Devin, Payton Appel, Dominic, Isabella Abram, Christian Zickefoose, Dominick, Brennan, Braxton and Branson Rowles.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gateway Outreach Ministries (10190 Frasure-Helber Rd, Logan, OH 43138).
