He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Upp and Doris Upp (Oatney); and his sister Lois Evans. He is survived by: his wife Janet Upp (Nutter); his daughters, Delana Vanover (Donald) of Circleville, Lisa Ankrom (Jon) of Worthington and Molly Clark (Dave Wright); and his brother Frank Upp (Judy) of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
