He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lewis and Eldora Lewis (Benjamin); and his wife Linda Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Contosta; his son-in-law Tommy Contosta; his grandson Jayden Smith; and his brother Rande Lewis.
