He is survived by : his parents, Russell King II (Katherine) and Rebecca Monk (Robert); his sons, Russell (Madison), Jerry (Bay) and Easton; his close friend Dana Morehead; his siblings, Jeremey Conkle (Heather), Robert Conkle (Linda), Kevin Conkle, Shelley Cochenour (Russell) and Tiffiny Micochero (Morgan); and his grandchildren, Harper, Amelia, Finley and Hattie. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
