With solemn reverence, we commemorate Scout Milliser of Lancaster, Ohio, whose life came to an end on October 3, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milliser and Wanda Linn Milliser; and his close friend John Seesholtz. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. of Lancaster, Jerry S. of Lancaster, Kevin J. (Melissa) of Lancaster and Betty Purvis (Daniel) of Junction City; his grandchildren, Corey Purvis (Heather), Cameron Purvis (Emily), Kaitlyn Purvis, Keenan Milliser, Caylee Milliser, Damian Hunt (Tiffany), Jasmine Weller (Jeremy) and Destiny Milliser; his siblings, Charles Milliser (Roberta) and Eva Anthony of Lancaster; and his close friends, Deb, Paul Bales of Florida, Mark Vorys of South Carolina, Melissa Church of Lancaster and Rod Newell of Lancaster. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren with an additional great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home (304 Mill St, New Lexington, OH 43764). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the New Lebanon Cemetery (P. O. Box 91, 582 Logan St N, Junction City, OH 43748).
