She was predeceased by: her son-in-law James Borling; and her parents, Adam Carr and Dessie Carr. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Leon Getz (Molly), Charles Getz (Kim) and Elaine Borling; her grandchildren, Jacob Getz (Grace), Kaitlyn Ozminkowski (Chris), Luke Borling and Liam Borling; and her siblings, David Carr, Susan Carr, Genevieve Hawk and Virginia Iser.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to FairHope Hospice & Palliative Care in appreciation for their compassionate care and kindness or to Fairfield County Humane Society.
