Boelk (Angela) and Cindy Swinehart (Mark); her grandchildren, Nathan Boelk (Diane), Ashley Yadeski (John), Jordan Boelk (Crystal), Seth Boelk (Samantha), Sophie Boelk, Bethany Miller (Mike), Elizabeth Swinehart and Gus Swinehart; and her brothers, Rick Long (Debbie) and Timothy Munn. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
