He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stalter and Kathryn Stalter; his stepson Craig Reichard; and his grandson Tyler Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Sherry Emmert-Glandeman (Terry), Lynette Emmert (Brent) and Angel Baughman (Jim); his stepson Shawn Reichard (Jada); and his siblings, Lori Fellure (Rob) and Rod Stalter (Cindy). He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
