She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmon P. Koch and Oleta P. Koch (Rider); and her siblings, Jennie Lee Miller (Harold), Dale Koch (Trudy) and Nolene Kelley (Jack).
She is survived by: her close friend Alice Penrose; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Bindrim (Tom), Holly J. Miller-Downour (Roger), Megan Kelley, Michael Koch (Jennie), David Koch (Cindy) and John Miller. She is also survived by 14 great-nieces and nephews; and 16 great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lithopolis United Methodist Church, 80 N. Market St., Lithopolis, Ohio 43136 or the ADSOEF Ester H. Strickland Fund in memory of Virginia (Ginny).
