He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Bush and Myrtle Ethel Arnett (Moss); and his wife Edna L. Welshimer. He is survived by: his son Bill Arnett; his stepson Charles Zwayer (Donna); his close friend Clara Hurley; and his sister Margaret E. Tedford.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairfield Medical Center Foundation or Fair Hope Hospice.
