He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Garrett and Frances Martinkosky (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Caleb Garrett (Paige) and Kelsy Garrett; and his siblings, Bobby Garrett (Amanda) and JoAnna Baldwin (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
