She is survived by: her mother Louise Paschall (Little) of Latty, OH; her daughters, Tasha Cardoza (Brad Grimm) of Sherwood, OH, Tara Ceballos (Rolando) of Cecil, OH and Katrina Billingsley (Tyler Ellerbrock) of Ottawa, OH.; her grandchildren, Billiejo Moore of Hicksville, Tom Farsht of Paulding, Lillyann Lane (Elijah Babel) of Defiance, Mason Lane of Defiance, Luke Lane of Cecil, Grayson Billingsley of Van Wert, Ruby Billingsley of Van Wert and Aiden Billingsley of Van Wert; and her brothers, Robert Keys, Jr. (Fern) of Summerfield, FL and Fred Keys (Loretta) of Kosciusko, MS..
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hebron Ministries Church (1123 Ayersville Ave, Defiance, OH 43512).
