With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene E. Baker of Laura, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David S. Baker and Kate Jane Baker (Cordier); his wife J. Jean Baker (Hunt); and his siblings, Franklin D. Baker, Harold C. Baker, Mary Bridenbaugh (Baker), Esther Hall (Baker) and Ruby Dearth (Baker).
He is survived by: his children, Douglas E., Elaine Baker (Stemley), Denise E. (Baker), Eric Spire, Dee Ann (Baker) and Martin Jones; and his grandchildren, Amber (Baker), Mark Richey, Daniel, Billie Baker, Britney (Jones), Tim Pfahler, Kim (Jones), Matt Brubaker, Eric (Chip) and Stephanie Spires.
