He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ryan Etienne (Stephanie) of Elijah, Jessica Etienne-Sardar (Zaen), Samantha Lockhart (Jacob) and Levi Etienne; his grandchildren, Makayla, Nicholas, Kyleigh, Cheyanne, Aniston, Ian, Miles, Kylee, Lucas, Wyatt and Liam; his father Jerry Etienne (Momma Kitty); his siblings, John Etienne (Kathy), Terri King (Greg), Chris McCormick (Brian), Mike Etienne (Charlotte) and Danny Etienne (Laura); his caregiver Abbi; his brother-in-law Greg; his mother Marcia Etienne; and his daughter Maranda Church. He was also cherished by numerous step siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
