He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse McKenzie and Wilma McKenzie (Becker); and his wife Patricia Lee McKenzie (Werts). He is survived by: his son Nicholas McKenzie; and his siblings, Terry McKenzie, Marilyne Barbee, Betsy Bigelow and Melissa Weldon.
