She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Buchholtz and Dorothy M. Buchholtz (Gross); and her son David Jay. She is survived by: her husband John L. Jay; her children, Donald E. Jay of Laura, Connie E. Laycox of Englewood and Daniel L. Jay of Laura; and her grandchildren, John R. Laycox and Shannon R. Gunter. She is also survived by 3 sisters; 1 brother; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
