He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Holbrook and Louise Ellen Moyer (Denight); and his wife Maria Ann Holbrook. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Holbrook (Jeremy Hall) of Kingston and Katie Stevens (Nickie) of Laurelville; his grandchildren, Meghan Rouse, Carter Langley (Abby Guffey) and Lily Bush; his stepfather David Moyer; his siblings, Harold Holbrook (Melea), Rhea Fout (Gary) and Rudy Moyer (Jess); and his close friends, Debbie Hudnell, Kenny Cox and Brent Wagner. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
