He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Seymour and Norma Gene Seymour (Hart). He is survived by: his wife Roseann Seymour (Storcz); his children, Cheryl Massie (Eric), Mark Allen (Lynette) and Jason Allen; his sister Julie Mahaffey (Jay); his nephew Ben Mahaffey; his niece Samantha Mahaffey (Chad); his uncles, Junior Basil Seymour and Ron Hart (Cyndi); and his aunt Donna Good (Rick). He is also survived by several cousins; and numerous other family members and friends.
