He was predeceased by : his parents, Abe Funk and Helena Funk (Leiding). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Funk of Leavittsburg, OH; his children, Rebecca Faith of Novelty, OH, David Brian Funk (Anna) of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Leah Colegrove of Uniontown, OH and Matthew Henry Funk (Terri) of Newton Falls, OH; his siblings, Helen, Eva, Bill, Cory, Jack, Ben, Paul, Walter and Elsie; his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Patrick, Marcus, Allison, Eddie, Sarah and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Braelynn and Olympia.

Due to the current health crisis and mandate, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.

“IT IS WITH SORROW WE JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT REV FUNK'S PASSING ON MAY 29TH, 2021. MY HEART GOES OUT TO BARBARA. TWO OF THE FINEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. REV FUNK WAS TRULY A DISCIPLE OF GOD'S KINGDOM. HE WILL BE SURELY MISSED BY SO MANY THAT KNEW HIM.”
