She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeffrey A Eakins and Carolyn R Eakins; and her grandparents, John, Joann Mehall, Robert and Gwendolyn Eakins.

She is survived by: her husband Rusty Shuttleworth; her children, Jackson Bradley and Ruby Jean; her brother Jeffrey; her sister-in-law Andrea Eakins; her nephews, Eric and Nico; her siblings-in-law, Joseph and Ashley Shuttleworth; her nephews, Logan and Brody; her sister-in-law Kaitlyn Shuttleworth; and her in-laws, Russ Shuttleworth, Dottie Johntony, Kim and Fred Weaver. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as friends.
