We are sad to announce that, on December 23, 2025, at the age of 89, Wilbur Garland of Leavittsburg, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Garland and Florence Garland (Henry); and his former wife Betty Garland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McWilliams; his children, Diane Parks (Art), Wendy Watson (Randy), Melinda Garland (Sue), Laura English (Michael) and Gary Garland (Beth); and his stepsons, Matthew, Paul, Stephen and Daniel McWilliams. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
