He was predeceased by: his wife Zenith Butler; his son Greg Butler; his parents, Kelly Butler and Amanda Butler; and his siblings, Lonnie Butler, Martha Butler, Rosalee Porter and Mary Blevins.
He is survived by: his close friend Cheryl; his children, Jay Rigg, Jeff Butler, Cheryl Turner and Bonnie Daniel (Berry); and his siblings, Amos Butler (Barb) and Judy Plummer (Denny). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
