She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her parents, James "Stanley" Farley Sr. and Ocie Farley; and her siblings-in-law, Jason Frantz, Mary Farley, Doris Farley and Brenda Farley.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Blevins (Evelyn) and Sharon Hensley (Roger); her grandchildren, Jessica Bishop, Roger Hensley (Samantha), Brittany Blevins (Zach), Ryan Blevins (Brooklyn Johnson) and Megan Blevins; her great grandchild Logan Bishop; and her siblings, Jim Farley, Julian Farley, Jiles Farley (Sharon), Dale Farley, Wilda Frantz and Ruth Horn (Harold "Shorty"). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If desired, contributions may be made to the Waynesville American Legion Auxiliary Unit 615 and Hospice of Dayton.
